Please read these terms carefully. By registering, purchasing a Family Package, or playing in our Bible Study Game (online or onsite), you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals, families, churches, and organizations. Players under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian. Games may be hosted online, onsite at churches or organizations, or at private events (including virtual birthday parties).

2) Game Participation

All players agree to follow game rules and behave respectfully. Cheating, falsifying information, or exploiting technical issues may result in account suspension or disqualification.

3) Purchases & Subscriptions

Family Packages and Contest Player memberships are billed monthly.
Fees are non‑refundable once access or gameplay has begun.
Early registration discounts are applied automatically where eligible.

4) Referral Program

Referral points are earned when new players register using a valid referral link or code. Referral rewards may include gift cards or bonus entries into prize drawings. Self‑referrals or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified. AINOW321.com may audit referrals and adjust points in cases of abuse.

5) Prizes

Prizes are distributed via gift cards or digital redemption (e.g., tablets, laptops via gift cards). No cash equivalents are offered.

Winners are selected by leaderboard performance, drawings, or referral activity as described in event rules.
AINOW321.com may verify identity and eligibility before issuing a prize.
Unclaimed or undeliverable prizes may be forfeited after a reasonable period.

6) Events & On‑Site Activities

When partnering with a church or organization, venue conduct and safety policies apply. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, equipment, and behavior. AINOW321.com is not responsible for third‑party venue issues.

7) Intellectual Property

All materials — including games, puzzles, audio, visual assets, and branding — are owned by AINOW321.com. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

8) Liability Disclaimer

AINOW321.com is not liable for indirect damages, technical malfunctions, or lost opportunities resulting from participation. Services are provided “as‑is.”

9) Modifications

AINOW321.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
