My Journey of Faith, Technology, and Purpose

My journey of faith began when I was a young boy. My mother taught me about the mustard seed and how even the smallest amount of faith could grow into something extraordinary. Her lessons helped shape the foundation of my life.

When I was approximately eight years old, I watched Billy Graham preach on television with my family. As I listened to his message, I made a personal decision to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

Later that evening, something happened that I have never forgotten. I felt an unusual sensation begin in my chest and move down toward my lower stomach. Startled by what I felt, I jumped up and ran into my parents’ bedroom to tell them what had happened.

At that age, I did not understand the experience. For years afterward, I asked the Lord to help me understand what it meant. Later in life, I came to understand its spiritual significance to me. That early encounter became part of the foundation of my faith, long before I could imagine the path God had prepared for me.

In the 1990s, I worked with Helping Hand of Goodwill, IBM, and the State of Missouri, helping people who were blind or living with disabilities learn to use computers and technology. I spent decades working in the computer field, including work connected to Kennedy Space Center. Helping others gain independence through technology was deeply meaningful to me.

Then, around 2008, my own life took an unexpected turn: I became legally blind. The same kind of challenge I had once helped others navigate became part of my own journey. With assistance from the Florida Division of Blind Services, I received support during that difficult time, and eventually my vision was restored.

I also survived a life-threatening medical crisis and recovery that strengthened my faith. Looking back, I see a journey filled with unexpected challenges, answered prayers, and opportunities to serve.

Today, through AINOW321, I bring together faith, technology, AI, education, and professional audio/video experience to help churches, families, individuals, and businesses. I want to use the knowledge and opportunities God has given me to help others learn, grow, and discover new possibilities. My journey is still being written.

“One thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.” — John 9:25
